When you make a booking, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, chosen consultation type, appointment time, and information you choose to share for the consultation.
How we use information
- To create and manage your consultation booking.
- To send confirmation, calendar, and Google Meet invitation emails.
- To communicate about scheduling, support, or changes to your consultation.
- To protect the booking service and meet operational or legal requirements.
Google Calendar and Google Meet
For confirmed bookings, Rajarishi Astrology may use Google Calendar to create an appointment and Google Meet to provide an online meeting link. Calendar access is used only to manage this booking service and is not used for advertising.
Service providers
Bookings and related communication may use Firebase and Google Calendar/Google Meet for appointment handling, and Resend for transactional email delivery. These providers process information only as needed to provide those services.
Data retention and security
We keep booking information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide consultations, support, and meet operational or legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
